Our Journey Begins

Nothing less than written by a Mother (“The Holly”) and Father (“The Ivy”) duo, Southern Light Newsletter is a labour of love. We are both pagans, and we both started getting a bit bored of the lack of blogs, newsletters, and other resources focusing on pagan families in the southern hemisphere. There’s newsletters for northern hemisphere pagan families, and some resources for southern hemisphere pagans, but not a great deal around that specific mix.

We admit, it’s a bit of a niche topic, but one we felt deserved some more people adding to the resources, articles, and voices available online and in print. So, here we are.

We’re in this for the long-haul. We hope that through the process, we’re able to impart some interesting ideas or knowledge off to other pagans, worldwide. Because where applicable, our articles and blog posts will be southern hemisphere specific, but the hope is that you can gain something from what we write regardless who you are or where you are on Earth.
